It's not a matter of if your office will have to deal with an emergency; it's when will it! Our founder and President has worked in the medical field for over 25 years in addition to being an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Volunteer Fire Fighter. While working for some of the top doctors in their fields, she was constantly called upon to handle emergencies that arose in the doctors offices. Although the doctors where outstanding in their fields, many of them have not had to do CPR or provide Emergency Medical care in years and thus they turned to the person that deals with these situations on a daily basis.

Thru this the need arose to provide this knowledge and training to others in the office. It was at this point that our founder and president created First Response Team and began training her office. Things worked out so well and the office personnel were so impressed that they immediately started making plans for ongoing training and First Response Team has grown into what it is today.
